VSAV were approached a few months ago, to produce a 2 day conference on behalf of one of BP’s departments, for 130 delegates in a hotel in Berkshire. During the conference, we had to provide a continuous HD video conference link with Luanda in Angola, where up to 35 colleagues were able to clearly see  & hear the whole conference, as well as being able to directly ask questions, at the conclusion to each presentation. During the conference we were able to utalise, our new Christie WU14 HD projector, in addition to a pair of 80″ relay screens. Both the UK director & the Angolan senior project managers all agreed that, the conference was a resounding success. VSAV have just completed a short roadshow on behalf of L’Oreal. We went to Glasgow & Dublin, setting up a backdrop, sound system, lighting, staging & large format LCD screens, in hair salons, where a guest hair stylist would present & style models hair to the invited audience. These shows were such a success that, the client is now putting budgets together for one, possibly two, multi-venue roadshows in 2015; remember to come back to our news page next year, to read how well this longer roadshow has been received.
